Custom Domain and Blogger permalink?

  Hi
  I have a Blogger custom domain and am planning to move to WP’s custom domain . And of course, I am confused:
  a. Will I be able to import the blogger permalink to custom WP domain?
  b. Will I be able to use several other WP plugins (which are available from other sites) on the custom domain?
  c. Will I get an access to .htaccess (to make sure blogger permalink works?)
  Please enlighten me.

  I don’t know what blogger permalink is, but the domain upgrade here at WP.com is easy enough. There are a million threads on it.

  If you own a domain name and want your WP.com blog to use that domain, you pay WP.com ten bucks and follow the instructions in the FAQ.

  No other website on the planet can be using that URL though.

  You cannot use plugins at WP.com, period. Those are for blogs hosted independently using different WordPress software. The thread relating to that is this:
