custom domain and wordpress bar

  If I use a custom domain, will I still be able to have the WordPress bar at the top of the page to like and follow others and others like and follow me?

  I’ve never seen it when I read a site with a custom domain. I guess I need to log in before I start reading blogs so I give it a chance–thanks.
