Custom Domain mapped to blog, but no posts showing
-
Hi,
I’ve recently transferred from Blogger to WordPress with my blog. I had purchased a domain name with GoDaddy, which I configured to use with blogger before. It was ww.rubyandthekitchen.co.uk.I’ve now transferred all content onto my new blog on wordpress, which was all showing up successfully at rubyandthekitchen.wordpress.com. However, the problems started when I tried to map my custom domain onto Worpress or whatever.
I deleted the google-related CNAME things from my DNS records on GoDaddy, and changed the nameserevers to the WordPress ones too, deleting the old ones.
I then deleted the custom domain on Blogger, purchasing Domain Mapping on WordPress, and set rubyandthekitchen.co.uk as the primary domain for my blog.
But now that address, and rubyandthekitchen.wordpress.com, both link to WordPress successfully (yay!) but unfortunately not to my blog. They load a blank blog, like how the blog looks when you first join wordpress and haven’t yet added any content.
Can anybody help??
I’m really confused because the mapping seems to be linking the WordPress but just not showing my blog. Note it i the only blog registered on my wordpress account, and whenever I change the primary domain back to the rubyandthekitchen.wordpress.com one, all content reappears and everything’s back to normal. Thanks so so so much for any help you can give me,
Ruby

Your domain is mapped correctly and rubyandthekitchen.co.uk redirects to rubyandthekitchen.wordpress.com. Make sure you clear cache and Flush DNS from your web-browser. This will solve the problem.
