Custom Domain Mapping

    I have successfully mapped and set up a custom URL for my new blog and did the steps to update the domain name of the blog, however, when I click on “My Blogs,” it still shows the old .wordpress.com as the address for the blog.

    How do I ELIMINATE the old .wordpress.com URL and get my new mapped domain name to show?

    If I am not mistaken, on the back end of things, the WPcom URL is the one you’ll see.
