  Is this for eesatowing.com?

  That domain was removed from your account when you disputed the renewal payment from 24 June. That charge was C$60 for the Personal Plan and C$24 for your domain.

  I see you have since paid the chargeback fee and bought a new Personal Plan for the site, but the domain renewal charge is still due before we can restore the domain.

  I’m sending you a link via email to pay for the domain’s renewal ($18 US). Once we receive that payment we can restore the domain to your account.
