Custom domain purchase failure

  I have tried to purchase a custom domain and I’ve been charged a dollar twice for the pre-authorization of my debit card linked to my PayPal, please can you help me? I’m being frustrated by this, i need to purchase a domain, after saying my debit card is being pre-authorized the redirect me to the payment plan, without giving me any information as to why my purchase is not made, I feel sad.

  What is the domain you’re looking to purchase? Also, to check are you looking to build a site on WordPress.com? If yes, then a payment plan would be required in order to set a custom primary domain.

  I had a look at your orders, and it seems that PayPal is not able to process the payment for your card. Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.
