Custom domain purchase failure

    I tried to purchase a new domain but can’t get pass the checkout stage, I tried paying through my paypal account and I’m met with pre-authorization of my card and I was charged a dollar, why is this so please? I can’t understand why this is happening!!!!!!!!!

    Hey there, can you share the error you get when you try to make a purchase? Also, if the error message seems to come from your card company, can you contact them directly? Sometimes they won’t authorize a purchase that will auto-renew unless you check in with them, for example.
