Custom Domain redirects to adult content

  Hi everyone,

  My custom domain is pointing to an adult site now. I purchased the domain in 2016. I would like to correct this and Squarespace says WordPress is still the owner to my domain. May you help me recover this / direct me to who may help me fix this issue?

  Hi @owenjmayer , I wish I had better news for you: that domain was registered here under this account, but it expired nearly a year ago.

  It went through a domain redemption process, and now someone else owns it. It’s not registered here anymore, either. In some cases, you can use a domain broker to buy a domain from someone who owns it, so you can pursue that option if you’d like, but there’s nothing we can offer from our side at this point.
