Hi there,
according to http://www.whatsmydns.net the domain artcrime.nz is not pointing to NS#.wordpress.com
I would check with your DNS host and make sure you did it right.

Hi James
Thanks for that, unfortunately the reason it’s not pointed there at the moment is because I’ve set it to just redirect to the wordpress site as a temporary solution.
Would having the DNS point to the right place help figure out the cause of the issue?
-
yeah, it might help.
Make sure you’ve done all the steps listed here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
and if it’s not working, we’ll see about troubleshooting it.

It does not seem you have domain mapping per the link above – did you have an error when you tried to purchase the domain mapping upgrade?
No Domain Mapping Found
There is no domain mapping upgrade for artcrime.nz. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping.

Hi there,
We had to create a zone record for artcrime.nz in order for the mapping to be able to be created. I have done so, and now you should be able to map it. Give it a few hours and then go ahead and give it a try!
Let me know if it still doesn’t work and I’ll take another look at it for you. :)

Hi amightywp
I just tried again and I got the same error
“Sorry but artcrime.nz has not been registered yet therefore cannot be mapped.”
I have redirected my domain to point at wordpress but it will take ,apparently , till 5 past the hour to update (about 60 minutes from now) so I’ll try again soon.
Thanks for your help

Hi there
I’ve had my domain pointed at NS1/2/3.WORDPRESS.COM for almost a week now and still the mapping system can’t seem to recognise my registered domain name.
I was wondering if there were any other steps I could take?
Thanks
