Custom Domain won't show up

    I’ve created this domain few days ago newyorkcheri.com but it still doesn’t show up. I’ve added it as a primary domain, I activated it. I don’t know what else I missed.

    When I check the “domain helper site” it gives me 3 error messages:
    1/ Expired Domain

    2/ Hold Your Horses!

    3/ Domain Not Registered
    It looks like the domain newyorkcheri.com has not been registered. You can register and associate it with your blog from your domain management screen.

    A whois does not show the name as being registered

    You need to both register the name and Domain Map it – I have flagged this for the staff to help – they can look at your account and see what you purchased

    I’ve refunded your purchase. Can you try registering it again as a new domain?
