Custom domain/site name listed as unverified and/or insecure

  I have paid for a custom domain name for my blog, but since the URL has changed, certain internet servers flag my site as insecure. I know my site is in fact secure, but I do not want those visiting my page to feel otherwise, as I am using the site to promote my freelance work.

  How can I change this, while still keeping my custom URL?
