  After purchasing premium plan, do we have to buy for custom email on the domain name as well ?

  If you want to use a custom email address with your domain, then, yes, you need to purchase the custom email as well.

  You can purchase and add Email (Powered by Titan) or a Google Workspace account during sign up.
