Custom email account unlock

  I can not unlock a custom email account because it is telling me to contact the admin… I am the admin and I do not see anywhere to unlock the account.

  the email account is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  it is a gmail account but I can not unlock it..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If your email is operated by Gmail, then you’ll need to fill up their Account Recovery Form to get your account unlocked:
  https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery/
