Hello, I’m trying to upload a custom html code to my website, at first when I’m clicking preview, it seems okay and shows me the actual UI. Yet when I’m running and see it on my website, it doesn’t show me anything.

The html codes you can use on the wordpress.com platform are very limited, https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/custom-html-block/#supported-html-tags
embed, frame, iframe, scripts, … aren’t allowed on the wordpress.com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan.
By the way, the links you gave us don’t work as they are only meant forthe owner of that gmail account.

Just to clarify, free sites on WordPress.com are hosted on a shared environment, so some things are not permitted for security reasons. Business plan sites undergo several structural changes, so it’s not an issue there.
It looks like you’re trying to sell something on your website, and the code you’re adding is for that, is that right? If so, you don’t necessarily need to upgrade to the Business plan. Personal and Premium will also allow you to add a Payment block, have a look here for more information:
The Payments feature lets you accept credit and debit card payments for goods, services, subscriptions, memberships, donations, and more. The Payments feature can be used to create recurring revenue or one-time payments to your site. The Payments feature is available for all sites with a WordPress.com paid plan. The feature is also available for self-hosted sites on a paid Jetpack plan. PaYou can upgrade directly from here:
Let me know if you have any more questions regarding that.
