Custom Favicon without Blog?

  How do I create a custom favicon that will appear next to my name when I post a comment in a blog, please?

  I don’t have a blog of my own, and don’t want to have one at this time.

  Right now, when I post a comment, the default favicon that appears looks like a dead lobster or something.

  Never mind. I found it. The New User email from WordPress has a link to my dashboard.
