Hey there,
Many thanks for reaching out. To check do you need help with ibextravels.co.za?
This site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com so our support overall is limited in this instance, but if it were hosted with WordPress.com, we’d be able to help with showing those custom fields as best we can.
To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.
More on the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
I hope this helps.
