Custom Fields integration,

  I’m trying to use the custom fields to change the smooth=id within a ngg smooth gallery.

  Rather than the individual number written i want the post to automatically retrieve the number from the custom field, with the correct gallery number as its value.

  [smooth=id: 3; width:800; height:600; timed:false; arrows:true; carousel:false; links:false; info:true; align:center; frames:true;]

  i’ve read through the custom fields guidelines several times and am still pretty confused, can someone help?

  update: i’ve found that this line gets the gallery number i need but i have no idea how to integrate it into the code above ;

  [custom_field field="gallery_id" this_post="1" limit="1" between=", " /]
