Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.
As it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
The folks in that forum are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Thanks!

The wordpress portal won’t allow me to login to troubleshooting link you sent to ask my question even though I am using the same login I used to ask this question. It is saying none of my emails are in the system. Why is wordpress so impossible to get in contact with.

Hi there,
I think it will help to clarify that the site you are trying to work on (ynbtx.com) is using a different variant of the WordPress platform what what we use here on WordPress.com. Network Solutions, who is the host of the site, uses the open-source version of the WordPress platform that is available for free on WordPress.org.
WordPress.com is different from WordPress.org though, in that we use a custom and fully managed version of WordPress that is made specifically for our managed hosting environment. Because of this we’re not able to help troubleshoot issues that arise from other providers such as Network Solutions, since they use a very different hosting environment from the one we use here.
The wordpress portal won’t allow me to login to troubleshooting link you sent to ask my question even though I am using the same login I used to ask this question.
The forums at wordpress.org use a different login system from the one we use here at WordPress.com, so your login here would not give you the ability to post your question there. The good news though is that you can create a free account at this link and it would allow you to access their forums: https://login.wordpress.org/register
And, as mentioned above, you are welcome to move your site over to our managed hosting. From there we would be able to provide more direct help and have the ability to see the site in detail within our support system. Thanks!
