Custom fonts (adding fonts to child theme?)

    I’ve followed many custom font installation guides, but there is one thing that confuses me.

    Add the contents of this folder to your server via FTP. Create a new folder, you can add this folder to ‘wp-content/uploads’ or within your child theme. Call the folder ‘Fonts’ or something similar. Add all the files you downloaded to that folder.

    Where is this folder? Is it to be found in my WordPress or on my hosting site (Blue Host)?
