Custom Fonts Confusion
-
I’m confused about my options for loading custom fonts outside of the small selection available now that I’ve paid for the Custom Design upgrade. Prior to paying for the upgrade, I read the following section on WP that stated there was an Advanced option where I would be able to include additional fonts.
http://learn.wordpress.com/get-configured/#optionsHowever, now I’ve paid, and read that the Advanced mode has been discontinued. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/custom-fonts/#advanced-mode
Is editing the CSS the only way to include my own fonts??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Sorry about that! I’ll get that page updated. There is no way to add fonts that are not in our list. Custom CSS won’t be able to do this because we won’t have the font files available.
If you need the ability to upload fonts, you may be interested in a self-hosted WordPress.org site. Here’s some more info about the differences:
Let me know if you’d like a refund on your Custom Design upgrade!

That would be great if you could refund the Custom Design upgrade. Can I transfer the purchase I made of the Snap! theme as well or did I just spend a bunch of money on something I can’t use in wordpress.org?
Thanks so much for your help!!

You can cancel and refund your Custom Design upgrade at https://ourhumanstate.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
Premium themes are custom made for WordPress.com only. However, we can transfer the premium theme to any of your other blogs.
Looking forward to your reply.
