Custom fonts – do I need Custom Design?
-
Hello! I didn’t see this in the forums. I am interested in using the font Papyrus on a website. It would be through another hosting provider, but would still be a WordPress website. Would I need the Custom Design upgrade to be able to use that font (I know it’s for WordPress.com, but I can’t find anything related to this for .org)? I already asked the hosting provider about that feature and they said I would need to ask someone here. I just need to know if I could use coding to achieve that or if a paid upgrade would be necessary. Thank you!

Yes, you need to purchase the annually renewable custom design upgrade to chnage fonts throughout the blog. See here for what can be done and note TypeKit Fonts is what you can use.
