custom fonts not displaying, but they were previously

I have paid for Premium services every year. I chose Skylar for headings and Skylar for the body text. All of a sudden the body text for all of my posts are some kind of generic Ariel or something that looks like that. I have no idea why or how this happened but I’d appreciate your help. Thank you most kindly, and Merry Christmas to all!

    Hey there!

I believe I am seeing your site as you intended it. This is my view of your site from all my browsers:
    https://cloudup.com/cXlMdaQNw_E

Could you confirm if this is correct?

Is so, I’d like you to check out a couple things for me to help me troubleshoot your issue:

    1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies using the instructions in the link below:
      http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Then, refresh your site in your browser, and see if things have changed. If not…

    2. Please take a look at your site via another browser such as Google Chrome. Let me know if you see the same thing on Firefox/Chrome.
    3. Return to Firefox, and temporarily disable your extensions/plugins. Sometimes our browsers run add-on software which interferes with the way we can view our sites. Here are the instructions for this action:

      https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/disable-or-remove-add-ons

You will want to follow the instructions for:
-How to disable extensions and themes
      -How to disable plugins

Once that’s done, refresh your site in your browser, and let me know those results.

I hope this helps! Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

Ha! No, thank you Robyn/Happiness Engineer! You’re right and very smart, it looks correct in IE 11 as well as in FF when run in Safe Mode, no add-ons. It must be a recent add-on that did this, so now to figure what it was. My fault, I fiddle a lot with various security add-ons in FF.

Thank you so much for your help, I feel better now. (Deep breath and long sigh for being such a dummy!)

    Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah.

    Carole,

I think you’re smart for trying to raise your computer’s security! The good news is, if you decide to keep those security add-ons running, your site will still look “right” on other computers. You can always occasionally shift over to Safe Mode to make sure your website appears as you want.

Thanks so much for letting me know the results of your tests! Wishing you and yours a VERY happy holiday season! Take care.
