Custom Fonts not showing up…. again

    I bought the custom design package almost 2 weeks ago and for the 1st week, it was touch-and-go as to when the site would show the custom fonts. This past week has been consistently good, but today, it’s touch-and-go again.

    How do I make the custom fonts that I paid for show up consistently?

    With web based fonts, I’m afraid this can always be a possible problem. If the servers at typekit are overloaded or have a problem, this can happen. If there is an issue on the internet (high load, equipment problems, etc.) between typekit and the wordpress servers, this can happen. If the wordpress servers and data center have high loads or problems this can happen. If things on the internet between you and the wordpress or typekit servers are jammed up this can happen.

    I’m seeing the custom fonts on my test blog just fine right now, but at times I don’t see them. (This is one of the reasons I see the whole cloud computing thing as a bad idea, or at the very least an idea who’s time has not yet come.)

    The fonts that supposedly came with Linen changed and are not showing up. Now it’s gastly arial and georgia. ugh. How do i get the original fonts back, OR can i just change to Lucida Sans somehow??

    Me again. PS. i bought Linen three times…two for myself and one for a friend and they’re all the same now. I know this has something to do with the new Typekit thing? But i can’t log into Typekit and WP asks me to purchase a font package. Not. I have already wasted a couple of hours searching for answers… help!

    Please take note of this. Your theme is a premium theme and we Volunteers answering questions on this forum have no knowledge of how they are designed to operate. When you purchased it what came with that purchase was support directly from the theme designer. When you purchased custom design upgrade you purchase support form Staff. Go here > Appearance > Themes and click the “premium” link you find there to the Premium Themes Forum please.
