  For the last few weeks I have tried to build a custom form into my post but the form isn’t working. Help please.

  Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog in question when you post to the forums. The only kind of form we can use on wordpress.com blogs without having the software strip out the code is found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/

  Yes, I used it before and it has worked but this time it isn’t working

  We Volunteers cannot view the post at the first link you posted above. Onl;y you and Staff can view it and I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.

  Try deleting all the contact form stuff and then redo it, but do it in the HTML tab in the ediitor and see if that works. I always put all shortcode objects into the HTML tab and virtually never have an issue if I do that.

  Thanks, but this is the problem

  When I click on the icon it works.

  When I click on Add a New Field, it doesn’t work.

  If you’re using Windows 7, see if you can update it. Some people found that solved their problems.
