Custom Form

  Hey!

  I have added a custom form to my site. It is very simple but after I published it and viewed the page it insert my profile name and email. How to I get it to leave it blank?

  It IS blank to all but you. It fills itself in for WordPress.com users who are signed in, that’s all.

  that doesnt sound right, i inserted a link to a custom form and viewed it and it doesnt do that to on my page.
