  I am able to upload my custom header, however once I crop it all I get is a totally black image.. What should I do?

  This situation will probably require a backend fix by staff. Forum volunteers cannot help you. There are two options. Staff read these threads and will eventually get to you so the first option is to blog while you wait. The second option is to use the button on the top right hand corner of any blog page to send in a feedback and blog while you wait.

  How about doing a search in the forums for black header since it’s come up before? :)

  Need more information to go on. filename, file size, etc. You don’t give us anything to go on I’m afraid.

  The first guess right off is filesize but, again, without knowing more…
