Custom Header
-
I just purchased the Soundcheck theme only to find that custom headers are apparently not supported? However looking a some of the sites that are using this theme, I see they HAVE been able to use their own image at the top of the page. Is not not the header? I’m confused. I’m trying to replace the image of the woman in the cap singing that is used in the example. Any guidance much appreciated.

Hi there,
It looks like you’ve been able to solve this and upload your own header image as shown by the screenshot here:
Let me know if you’re still having trouble!

Thanks, Jeremy! I was able to get that photo up there. But now I’m trying to add a MUSIC PLAYER widget. No problem uploading the song, but when I click on the INSERT IN TO POST or INSERT PLAYLIST IN TO POST buttons, I just get a blank screen. Looking on some of the forums, I see others have had this problem but no clear answer can I find. I do have an audio file included on a blog post, and it works fine so I know the audio player must be working, right? Thanks for your help, jeremy!

Hi Whit!
I tested this out on your blog, and the Music Player widget appears to be working fine on my end as indicated by the screenshot here:
Have you tried using a different browser to set this up? Here’s the exact widget settings I used:
Please let me know if you’re still having trouble after trying a different browser!

Thanks again, Jeremy! I got it to work, but I’m trying to find where you got the “245” value from?
Can’t tell you how much I like using WordPress. What a terrific service! Awesome. Even for an old fart like me Thanks again!

Hi Whit,
Great! I’m glad you were able to get this to work. The “245” is a number assigned to that particular audio file you uploaded. When I selected “Here It Comes Again 4” from the list of songs, it just referenced that number. You don’t need to know the numbers of the songs as you won’t have to select them by number.
Let me know if you have any additional questions moving forward!
Cheers,
Jeremey
