custom header codes are not showing

  Hello,

  i am using some custom codes on my website live, google verification code, analaytics code. The problem that i was facing is, codes are working fine but i need to update the code and replace some codes i go to edit the header.php file, there i can’t see the codes are there, but if you can check on view-source: codes are displayin but on header.php its not showing how to fix that issue ?
