Custom header does not upload

  I’m trying to use a custom header with my blog. I’m using a theme that allows a custom header (Twenty eleven), and my GIF file is the correct size (1000 x 288). I go to Dashboard, Appearance, Header.I browse and upload, but the crop page never appears, nor does the image appear on in the dashboard or on the blog page itself. The last of the seven buttons under Random gets checked. Wish I could attach the file here, but it’s nothing fancy really. Any ideas?

  I see a custom header on the blog linked to your username. Is that the blog in question or not?

  Yes. If you’re not seeing it, clear your browser cache.

  Thanks, I see it now on a different computer. It was confusing to me because I expected to see it appear in the dashboard area.
