Custom Header doesn’t appear.

Hi,
I’m a newbie. Tried to custom the header but it doesn’t show up. Just a blank space. Uploaded a .jpg picture in Firefox 3.0.14. Please help me :'(

Something must have happened with the upload because the file name returns a 404 file not found. Upload the image again via the custom header uploader and try again.

I’ve tried dozens of times already… Because I’ve noticed 404, too. Nothing changes – it returns 404 again.

1. Before uploading the image, make sure it is exactly the size needed for your theme.
2. Make sure the image is optimized so that the file size is 100k or less (50k or less is even better).
3. Make sure the file name contains only letters and numbers – no special characters.
4. Make sure the file name has the appropriate extension (.jpg .gif or .png).

1. The crop feature here has been finicky for nearly 6 months. For some it works fine but for others not so file.
2, 3 and 4 all good.

But I think it will be great to fix crop function in the admin area. -

I’m completely lost as to why the crop feature has been broken – or at least cracked – for so long.
