  I want to make a custom header for one newly created page on my WordPress site.

  I’m using wordpress on my site and I would like to make a page with a specific header.

  Thanks so much for the reply. I can’t post it yet, because it’s not live. I think I found a solution that will work for now.

  Basically I have a nav bar in the header of the site to integrate it into the rest of my site that is not wordpress. The nav bar changes to indicate the page you are on, just highlights that navigation link with a glow. For one page I just want a different link in the nav bar to glow.

  What I did was just create that page with wordpress and then copy the code out to make a permanent page, rather than a page that is truly dynamic.

  Then what you need is to be over at WordPress.ORG, which is the support forum for independently-hosted blogs. That’s why we always ask for a link, to check that.
