  Is there any way I can make one? It looks bland with just text at the top.

  That theme does not have a custom header option. If you know how to code and CSS edit then you already know the answer to your question. if you don’t then “no”. is the answer.

  No, because CSS attaches to HTML tags, and the tags are specific to each theme. Therefore CSS is theme-specific.
