Custom Header Image

    I just signed up on wordpress.com this weekend. descansofiresafedotorg.wordpress.com I decided the first thing I would do for my brand new site, after signing up for premium, was get the header image customized to my liking. I made a rough test image to test, but that’s as far as I got, because no matter what size I make it (exactly as specified in the Theme, or some other variety to try and force it to do what I want) the page and/or Menu when there was one, covers the bottom 1/4 of the header image. Nothing I have tried in a few hours of work has made a difference. I can write a website in html, but I thought this would be simpler… not so far.
