  I have trouble even with template – themes garland I can not put header or banner.

  Please don’t post the same thing multiple times.

  Garland does not have a header image. Pick a different theme.

  We cannot edit templates and themes on WordPress.com blogs. We can purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and use CSS editing to change appearance but it cannot be used to change how any theme functions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/#frequently-asked-questions
