Custom Header Image from Media Library

    Is there a way to pull an image from the media library and use it as the custom header in themes that allow custom headers? If I want to change my site from a place other than home, then I am without my library of headers. It seems rather inefficient to have to re-upload the same image multiple times, if I want to go back to a previous header if the mood strikes me.

    The header upload section is separate from the media library even though that is where the header is stored. It would be nice if they allowed us to select from images already uploaded though.

    I would suggest this directly to staff if I were you. It doesn’t seem like it would be that bid a deal to add that ability.
