Custom header image not displaying

  Hi!
  I recently uploaded a custom header image and saved it to my theme. Unfortunately it is not displaying in either preview or the live site. Could you help me with this? Thanks!

  Two questions.

  1. Is this about https://wwwaz.wordpress.com/?
  2. Did you make sure to click on the “Publish” button after uploading the header image?
