Custom Header image not showing

  I like to change my custom header quite regularly. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Right now I just can’t get the images I want to show up. I haven’t yet figured out the pattern of what I’m doing right or wrong when it works or doesn’t work. I can’t get JPEGs or PNG files to show up at the moment. Anyone having similar problems?

  Make sure you don’t use the cropping tool of the uploader: prepare images in the exact dimensions specified for the theme you’re using.

  OK, so the cropping tool doesn’t work? Why’s it still there if it doesn’t work? Or does it only work with certain kinds of image?
