Custom Header in Fluid Red Theme

  I have recently started a new WP blog at http://news.huskerstalk.com and have installed the Fluid Red theme. I have a .png I want to lay over the header instead of the text done inside of wordpress. For those that understand this code what code do I change out to do this? the image is located at http://news.huskerstalk.com/wp-content/themes/fluid-red/img/site_logonews.png. Thanks for the help everyone!

  There’s a sticky up top that says “8 Things To Know BEFORE Posting”. Item 1 says “Please Make Sure You Have a WordPress.COM Blog”.
