Custom Header in Mystique Theme Continues to Appear Blurry

  I decided I was tired of having a text only header, so I whipped up a custom header in Photoshop. I am using the required dimensions (940×200). The image shows up clear on my end and on other sites I’ve uploaded it to, but it continues to load as blurry on WordPress.

  I’ve tried:

  Resizing the text.
  Saving as a web image as jpg, gif, and png.
  Better compression.
  Going back to the original and making it as sharp as possible.

  Since there seem to be many search results for people having problems with a blurry header, I am thinking that this may be on WordPress’ end. Any other suggestions? I know very little about coding other than HTML.
