custom header issues

    I am trying to upload a custom header into the Autofocus template. I am using our existing logo & resizing it to fit into the size specified of 800 x 216 pixels & saving it as either a jpeg or a png file. No matter what size file I try from 4k up to 500k & even if I try & make the pixel size of the document smaller it still seems to be to large for the ‘crop & publish’ function (the crop area is smaller than the image). I have also tried using just a bog standard font instead of the logo into the 800 x 216 pixel size & it still does the same thing – only lets me crop it smaller than the actual image. Can you please let me know what I am doing wrong here. Thanks so much. Am happy to purchase the upgrade if it makes it easier. Cheers

    Actual image size and file size are two different things.

    I took a look at the logo you uploaded yesterday and it was 2468 × 446.

    Please make sure that your intended header image is exactly 800 × 216 pixels.
