Custom Header no longer visible – Mystique Theme

  My custom header for “The Mystique Theme” is no longer visible. It is showing in the preview but not when the page is loaded. I have tried clearing the cache & cookies. Please can you help?

  Hi Andrea!

  Currently, it looks like you have a rectangular purple block set as your header image here:

  https://enchantinkdesigns.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-header

  Did you want to set a different image there instead? If so, you should be able to do that following the instructions here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/custom-header-image/#uploading-a-custom-header-image

  Can you give that a try?

  Thanks so much Jeremey! That is so weird! Yesterday there was definitely a banner loaded in the preview (that I had been using & seeing previously) … but when I checked today … you were right … just a rectangular purple block! Have just reloaded the image … and all is good! Go figure! Sorry to waste your time! Thanks for your help!

  Hey Andrea – not a waste of time at all! I’m glad we were able to get this figured out. The new header image looks great!
