custom header not loading

  I upload my custom header but the changes do not take effect. I tried clearing browser cache. I’m using K2-lite theme but have had the same issue with other themes as well.
  Please help.

  Please give us a link to the blog so we can make suggestions. Also, do you have the CSS upgrade? The regular uploader won’t work if you have that.
