Custom Header Re-Sizing

  Hi there – I’m using the Big Brother theme and when I select a header image (which has been sized to 1000×200 per the theme directions) the image is still re-sized into a lower quality image. I’m stumped on why the theme re-sizes the image I upload.

  Hi there !

  It’s normal that your image doesn’t come out as clean since it will stretch to fill the screen. I just tried with an image of 2000×400 (Same ratio of 10:2) and it comes out sharp. Just don’t forget to select all of the image when you’re on the cropping page so nothing gets left out.
