Custom header that won't display when headers are set to "random"

    I have a number of different headers for my blog. I have the setting on “random” so that a different header appears on each page. Recently, I have been having trouble uploading additional pictures. If I change the setting from random to just that particular picture, then it will display. However, if the setting is changed to random, the newest pictures that I upload will not show up. I have tried deleting some of the headers I already have and that has not made a difference, so I don’t think it’s an issue of not having any more space to save additional headers. All of my current headers are JPEGs as are the pictures I am trying to upload. Does anyone have insight into what might be preventing these files to show up as headers?     Are you uploading these images through the Customizer? Or through the dashboard at Appearance > Header?

    We’ve seen some recent issues with the Header selector at Appearance > Header, so if that’s the one you’re using, can you try it in the Customizer?
