custom header them twenty eleven

  i’m trying to change my appearance, and chose the twenty eleven theme. when trying to upload one of my own pictures for the header, the uploading works, but then when i hit crop and publish button it says the image cannot be processed. it did this with two out of three of my pictures. the picture i have now isn’t the one i want on my header, but for some reason, this one worked….can you figure out why the one i want can’t be processed? it’s taken on the same camera, same image quality etc as the one that worked. thanks.

  That sounds strange. Is it possible that the image that didn’t work is damaged somehow. When you hit the crop and publish button, what is the exact error message?
