Custom HTML Not Saving

  I am trying to copy a custom HTML in to a block. It previews correctly in the block and then when I save and preview the code on the site preview, it is not there.

  Specifically, I am using a Snazzy Maps embedded code.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  JavaScript code can only be embedded if your website is in the Business plan or above: https://wordpress.com/support/code/#java-script

  Thank you. Is that the lowest level at WordPress to embed html? Do you know of any other sites that do it cheaper?

  Hi,

  You can embed HTML code on even the Free plan, the problem is that you’re trying to embed JavaScript code and not static HTML.

  Since the sites are on a shared global network below the Business plan, for security reasons you can’t include JavaScript code there (as there’s the possibility of breaking your and others’ sites as well).
