    Hi there!

    Thanks for getting in touch. Just to clarify, free websites, as well as those with a Starter or Explorer plan, have restrictions on the types of code that can be added. Please review the list of allowed code here (https://wordpress.com/support/code/#html) and if you’re using HTML (like iframe, script, embed, etc.) not on the allowed list, that is why it is not working on the front end of your site.

    If you’re using allowed code, could you please provide a link to the post or page where you’ve entered and saved that code? This will help us investigate further.
