custom image header cropping NOW not working

  I have been using Custom image header cropping for my blog for MONTHS. Last night it stopped working. Have tried on several different computers. Uploading is fine, but once pic is in place the crop feature does not show up, thus giving me a black back ground if i save as is. Now I must use the default one. Help Thanks.

  have tried four other computers and the crop feature does not appear.

  Have you tried cropping it before uploading, either with editing software or an online photo editor?

  Yes I tried that….uploading and then just selecing “crop” image becomes all black.

  Have you tried making it 1px smaller in both directions? Sometimes that does the trick.

  I mean, of course, 1px smaller than the exact dimensions needed.

  I’ll try..but shouldn’t the crop tool appear..i use this every day. When I upload pic, there should be that cropping tool that automatically appears, now it doesnt.

  But thats a good idea I’ll try tweaking image before uploading to see if “cropping header” will actually not make my image black.

  I can’t remember if it appears that way, to be honest. It wouldn’t be needed, so maybe not.

  You change your header every day????

  Yes LOL..i know its crazy, but i like to tie it into my daily posts. So I notice the slight bit thing thats different.

  More power to ya, girlfriend! I have trouble deciding what shoes and eyeshadow to wear. I’d be immobilized if I had to change a darn header every day, LOL.
