Custom Image Header Upload error

  In both Fx and IE I am not able to upload a header to my cutline themed blog. In Fx it gives me a specific error and in IE it just states “Can’t do it. Try again”

  Is this a backend problem or are image headers restricted in size? The one I’m trying to upload is 102K.
