Custom logo not appearing

The ‘custom logo image’ is not appearing in Linen theme.
I have prepared a simple logo in photoshop, save the file as .png and .jpg (with a transparent background) 312 x 51 pixels. In tried uploading it via:
Appearance/Theme Options/Custom Logo Image/Logo URL/upload logo (from computer and media library)/Browse/Add File/Upload .. and then saving changes/settings the logo is not appearing?? The site name only is appearing in very small text. I don’t know why?? Please help.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your theme is a premium theme and read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. The premium theme forums are at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/ with separate sections for each theme. http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/linenIf you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.

In the premium theme forum (I’ll use the linen link that TT provides above), next to the name “Linen” there is a button to “add new” to add a new thread. Are you not seeing that button?

I was able to upload from your media gallery, and enabled the logo (you can disable it right away if this is not what you want). Could you clear your cache and see if that lets you go through those steps again?Here is more information about how to do that:

No, I do not see the button ‘add new’ from this page: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/linen to add a new thread.
I have cleared my cache but to no avail.
Thanks for unloading the logo from my media library however, we then needed to edit it and are playing with sizing. Still need to resolve.
I am using Firefox on a Mac.

Can you confirm the version of Firefox that you’re using?

I’m on Firefox 17.0.1
From the screen grab link you’ve provided, I don’t see the ‘Add New’ button adjacent the theme name (‘Linen’), on my Firefox browser.
I’m still not able to load our logo :((

I’m trying to load the logo ‘Interiors Intoto’ (currently in our media library) at 300 pix wide; if you can do that for me, I’d appreciate it.

I was able to upload this for you.
Here are the steps I followed:
I first found the file in the media gallery so I’d know it’s name :)
*Went to Appearance > Theme Options > Custom Logo Image
*Clicked “Upload Logo”
*Selected “Media Library” from the top tabs
*Clicked to the correct page
*Selected the logo by clicking on “show”
*Selected the correct size (300px wide)
*Clicked “Save” at the bottom
*Clicked “Save Changes” at the bottom of the Custom Logo window as well
*Checked the logo.All set!

Follow-up to you not seeing the “add new” button. This is available only to the user who purchased the premium theme. Since you didn’t purchase the theme on your account, you can’t see the button. But the user who did purchase it would be able to see the button.
